The barn at Wine Mountain Farm was first built in the early 1900s. In 1967, Charlotte and Larry Jaynes purchased the property, and over the years it became many things—a feed store, a working farm with horses, cows, chickens, and even turkeys. At one time, the barn was home to 40 horses, including multiple ESQHA show winners.

 

Over time the barn found new life as a driving range. The story of the event center began when the third generation of the farm, Ryan and Abby, got engaged in August of 2025 at a special spot just down the driveway from the barn. While planning their own wedding, they quickly realized how expensive it could be. From that moment, Wine Mountain Farm Event Center was born—created to give couples and families a more affordable, welcoming place to celebrate their weddings and events.
